Magic Stripe Segments

Once installed, the plugin listens for specific Stripe events and automatically creates Mautic segments:

• customer.created
• customer.updated
• invoice.paid

How they work #

Whenever Stripe triggers one of these events, the corresponding Mautic segment is updated.
For example:

• A new Stripe customer is created → contact enters the Stripe Customer Created segment.
• An invoice is successfully paid → contact enters the Stripe Invoice Paid segment.

Best Practices #

• Use these segments as entry points in campaigns.
• Combine them with tags or scoring to create advanced automations.
• Regularly review and remove segments you don’t use to keep your Mautic clean.
